Export compliance statement
How we approach export control, screening and documentation.

Our obligations
Arteduxcel LLC is a U.S.-registered company. Goods we export are subject to United States export control law, including the Export Administration Regulations, and to sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury.
Counterparty screening
We screen customers and their principal contacts against applicable restricted-party and sanctions lists before an order proceeds, and we re-screen periodically. Where screening cannot be completed, an order does not proceed. We do not treat an unavailable check as a clear result.
Classification and documentation
We record an export classification for the goods we supply and retain export records for the period required by law. We prepare the commercial and regulatory document set required by the destination before dispatch.
Destination requirements
Import duty, tax, conformity assessment and type approval requirements differ by destination and change over time. We confirm the requirements applicable to your goods and destination with a licensed customs broker before quoting, rather than relying on generic figures.
Refusals
We will decline any transaction that we believe cannot lawfully proceed. Where we do so, we will tell you that we are unable to proceed, though we may not always be able to explain why.
