What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you provide so that we can respond to it.

• The destination country and city for your requirement
• The products and quantities you have asked us to quote
• Any additional detail you choose to include

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare and send you a quotation, to fulfil an order if you accept one, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to us as a U.S. exporter.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are retained while the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to completed export transactions are retained for the period required by applicable export and commercial record-keeping law.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to fulfil your order — for example with freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers involved in your consignment — or where we are required to do so by law.

Your rights
